Bachand Group Property Management

I was a prospective renter and overall exerienced very poor communication. Submitted applications to two different properties and had zero response back on either even with good rental history and credit score. The only way I was able to communicate was if I called and asked about an update on my application. Communication in my personal experience was better with a smaller family owned landlord company. The employees were very nice when you could get a hold of them!

I recently moved into an apartment managed by Bachand , and they have quickly repaired/replaced, front door, and new range (old one was outdated, parts unavailable).. The latest fix, was a light bulb in fridge. Thanks to repair guys at Bachand, for fast turn around.

"Ivan" is so wonderful & fast @ helping us w/ any problems we have. He just fixed some small leaks in plumbing & saved our bathtub ceiling from falling into chunks. Last yr it happened but too late for us to realize it. They were so good tried to get all leak's then & had part of our ceiling & wall where damage was. We had to leave it open like that for a few days to make sure it was all dried, hated it cuz of fear of spiders, but I understood it needed to dry thoroughly. When they came back in they did a awesome job w/ the repairs incl cleaning up the mess. It looked like nothing had ever happened. So appreciate everything Ivan & other workers here did. Thank you

I've had 3 or 4 maintenance tickets with Bachand in the five months I've been in this apartment. Each time my needs were dealt with efficiently. I give a 5 because one request ended up being pretty complex and the tech stated in touch with me via text as each step was completed. I have no problem telling my friends and family that a Bachand managed property is reliable from a service standpoint.

Very unprofessional company, I called multiple times to get an answer on an application I submitted and the guy hunter kept lying and telling me he was going to call me back regarding an answer. Honestly a complete waste of time and money I see why their google reviews is 3.6
