my name is adam i was on 12th floor. first all the good reviews r fake by their own management. 2) Mya who works there will absolutely make u feel like she owns you because she works at the leasing office. she will shoo you away once you sign and not listen to anything. 3) constant construction noises because they r ‘renovating’ I got guys from atnt and verizon trying to set up new wifi for apartment and they said building infrastructure, wires ports etc make it impossible to work. 4) there are mostly BU STUDENTS IN BUILDING BUT THEY WILL SEND LEGAL NOTICES for everything trying to intimidate and fine college students!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF ANY KIND EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY- They just write this automated reply and dont listen to you. Why is your manager so afraid to talk to residents about

I’ve been living here for the past 3 years and Julio, Dave and Jake always make sure I feel safe, welcomed and at home! They always so above and beyond with all the work they do! Julio cleaned my old stovetop that it looks so new and moved it to my new apartment! The maintenance team is my favorite part of living in Babcock tower for sure! This 5 stars go straight to the maintenance team and them only! And 10 stars for Julio!!!

No security ever available because they dont pay them and lobby is freezing. Once u sign you will never see manager in your life even if you beg for him to listen to ur issues. WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN BOSTON

The maintenance team at Babcock Tower is excellent! They quickly repaired and replaced our disposal, and even checked carefully for other potential issues. Very professional, thorough, and reliable service — it really makes living here a great experience.

Incredible! The units and building are unbelievable and Jayson who showed us around was amazing! No other units compare to this one in the area!
