Edge Team and Motto Mortgage were the best company to work with throughout the home buying process. They helped to make the whole process so easy to understand and smooth. Scott and Kristina were always there for whatever questions we had and were the sweetest people to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house, you won't have a better experience anywhere else!

They take money from you to do a credit check to try and get a mortgage loan which is fine. They find out that my credit is good but not for the other person. So I asked about if I could do everything on my own. I never got a response back from Kristina until over two weeks. Kristina was going to check to see what I would be approved for on my own. We'll after that I never heard anything else from her. Worse company ever. They rather take your money to do a credit check first and then they won't do anything for you after that even if your credit is good.

When my husband and I decided to sell our home, we had two realtors in mind. Called both and one said she would be there in a week, and Cindy said she would be there the following day to check things out. From the very second she walked in, I knew her energy was exactly what we needed to make this a quick sale so we could relocate to a different state. Since I work in marketing, it was super important to me that they were a one stop shop: pictures and videos, including Scott doing drone footage. We came up with a marketing plan and it was a fantastic experience. There wasn’t a time that I called Cindy that she didn’t take my call. That is also super important to me. I needed someone who would listen to my ideas and/or frustrations. Cindy always handled it with compassion and empathy.

We recently had the pleasure of working with The Appleman Group to sell our home. They were so efficient from the start to finish with everything. From scheduling a time to come out to take the photos of our home to getting the listing live, everything happened so fast (which we appreciated). They really listened to us when it came to our wants and needs at the end of the day. When it came down to us choosing an offer they offered professional and sound advice that helped guide us to make a decision. I would HIGHLY recommend using them if you plan on listing your house.

The whole process of buying or selling a house can be stressful, time consuming, and frustrating. The Edge team made this experience absolutely seamless even when problems arose they were already in the process of handling it while I was updated as to the issues at hand. The atmosphere of the team felt like family with how I was treated and Cindy and her team went above and beyond anything I could’ve imagined.
