I lived at 2200 Columbia pike apartments Most days there was no hot water. You had to let it run for 15 to 20 minutes to get lukewarm water, which was not alway successful. If you put a work order in for the hot water, it was just closed out and they noted on the ticket that they were aware. several months went by and it was still not fixed. The laundry room was frequently dirty, and several of the washers and dryers were out of service. There were tenants that left their clothing for extended periods of time, taking up the washers and dryers. I had a very expensive blanket stolen out of the dryer. The water would wash your clothes in hot water On the cold setting, and it was not fixed despite complaining to management. Parking is very limited. Snow removal is basically nonexistent, which

It's one of the worst property management companies ever. I have lived in 2121 Columbia Pike Apt for 3yrs and before leaving we have maintained all the lease agreement as in documented and suddenly they have come up with nation credit systems and affected my account telling that we have not maintained lease terms and we have to pay upto 4600 for no reason. Such a cheaters and worst management no one answers your calls later jus taking innocent people's money.

If you want to deal with real estate agents from 1980-s this is the place to go. So called agent was more like a gatekeeper than someone wants to do business with. Don't waste your time!
