This is a company that works with slumlords and does not provide professional or reliable services. Highly recommended to avoid, as a renter or property owner. They will not maintain properties and leave owners liable for county code violations.

They rent these dumps to losers and when the problems arise with the tenants, they're nowhere to be found leaving you to deal with low lifes they brought to your doorstep. B and B is happy, their entitled absentee landlord clients are living it up in their nice quiet neighborhoods while you're stuck sleeping with a Glock to protect your family. They and their slumlord clients are the absolute worst!!!

It's been a year or so now. I'd searched around for property management companies on google reviews and found that they went up to about 3 of 5 stars on down to near zilch. I figured I'd try something different. I don't remember how I found B&B, but I did. I hadn't finished doing my grueling remodeling and they offered help. Working alongside their staff, I found their two construction staff guys to be professional, knowledgeable, and loyal. Now that the units have been finished and rented for the last year or so, I haven't had a vacancy. I prefer to do most of my own fixing to save money, and B&B has been very accommodating to that preference, along with quite a few others. I know rich people are snobby and picky and perhaps that's why the highest rating is 3/5 stars on google reviews/map

I thought this was a Good Company... but I guess I was wrong I have spent over 20k a Year with this company for 3 Years. They treated me like Nothing. I'm sorry I just want too tell the truth. They will take all of your money and never do any of your Maintenance Requests.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY Joe Bartolomei or Denise they will lie too you.

I'm more than satisfied with the service I have received here! It is apparent that they focus on the well-being of my properties. I would recommend them to any of my fellow landlords, considering how stressful being a property owner was before I moved to their management.
