Azusa Garden Apartments

I am truly DISAPPOINTED! These once nice apartments have gone to crap. Ever since we got this new management. The older Asian man is a complete JERK! We've had multiple problems from mold in the bathroom to our AC going out. We've told them almost a year ago to fix it and they are barely getting on it now after telling them I forgot how many times. We've had the pool locked on our faces and when we wanted to talk to the man to open it he ignored us and proceeded to walk away. When he was told to open it the lady came out to ask if we live here?? When she's seen us multiple times to pay rent. The man had the nerve to sit there and wait till we left to close up and lock the gate again. Now we were told we can't BBQ or have our kids bikes out when it wasn't a problem before?! I'm almost done

I have lived here for two years, it is a very clean, quiet and safe place, the manager is very friendly and we have many stores nearby 👍👌✅

In 1991 i lived at this apartment for five months and studying at LCP near Azusa Pacific University, before leaving to Washington DC. to get my master degree at George Washington University which I graduaten at September 1993.

Called to get info and the lady didn't speak English. How unproffesional and rude.

Friendly and gently management. Excellent location.
