Azure National Landing

I have known Kala for a little over 6 months now. She helped me select the building, choose the right apartment, and made the entire move-in process feel seamless and low stress. From the very beginning, she listened carefully to what I was looking for and guided me through different options in a way that felt thoughtful, patient, and never pushy. Kala exhibits character traits of a property manager, the character traits that matter most to me are professionalism, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication. The leasing office was very responsive throughout the process and answered all of our questions. The concierge that assisted us with our move in process was kind and helpful. My apartment was clean and ready to go! The rating would be a lot higher without the issues with the elevator. I understand things happen, but for a new building not have a freight elevator available causes concern. I hired movers and thankfully the elevator issue didn’t not cause them to go over time but the same may not be true for other new residents. Then the other elevator was hit or miss throughout the day. And with only 2 elevators for the whole building, I’m hoping that reliability of the elevator improves.

Bravo to Kala Baghad and Margo Beckham for all of their patience, kindness and support in helping me choose Azure! The building is gorgeous as is my apartment and I could not ask for a better process and welcome! My beautiful welcome gift was an added surprise. I am excited to be here! An update: Kudos to Abu who took care of an issue with my dishwasher. He was prompt, kind and professional! It’s almost 2 months since I moved here and I am still loving it!, including my morning sunrise views!

Just moved into Azure, and I love it so far! The building is modern, the amenities are great, and the location is super convenient. The staff is amazing! Kala & Antonia have been very accommodating and made the move-in process smooth. Excited to be here!
