Azul at Viera Apartments

I am completely satisfied and want to give a 5-star rating to the Azul apartment complex. This is an ideal place to live, perfectly combining cleanliness and fresh air with modern and comprehensive amenities, making life incredibly convenient. A swimming pool, outdoor grilling/BBQ area, a modern fitness center (gym), and even a dedicated dog park/pet run. Everything is right at your fingertips! What I particularly love are the common rooms (reading room, game room). They are exceptionally large, with a capacity of up to 30-40 people. This makes them an ideal and convenient space for hosting parties and gatherings. The view of the sunrise from the apartment is truly breathtakingly beautiful and a perfect way to start the day.

I lived at Azul for nearly three years and truly enjoyed my time there. The property is beautiful and I had a positive experience while living there. However, my move-out experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid my prorated rent at the time of move-out and confirmed with the front office that my account was settled. Despite this, I later received a bill stating that I owe $895 and that I would not be receiving my $500 refundable deposit, allegedly due to my move-out date not being properly documented. For the past three weeks, I have been actively trying to resolve this issue. I have sent over 15 emails to management, the billing department, and the regional manager. I have also gone to the office in person and was assured this issue would be resolved, yet it still remains un

I can not say enough positive things about Azul, it's on site management team, it's maintenance team, the community as a whole. They are always quick to respond and deliver no matter what the issue, concern or question is. My initial lease was a breeze. Despite move in hiccups they have been more than accommodating, understand and Miriam and Dana show their compassion, dedication and love for both the community and residents through their words and actions. The amount of love and time they put into our extra curricular activities, our community bonding events, food trucks, and the residents is unlike anything I've ever experienced in an apartment complex. We are very pleased with our living experience here at Azul. Miriam and Dana are professional, friendly and always willing to answer questions. They put on the classiest social events. We enjoy having a gym on the premises and the onsite classes never disappoint! The property is kept very clean both inside and out. Maintenance is very responsive. Great place to live.
