Azalea Village looks amazing! The property is so well maintained, and the upgrades really stand out. Javier is clearly a great manager — professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents. The maintenance team is also fantastic — quick, reliable, and always helpful. His staff provides the best customer service I’ve experienced in West Palm Beach. Huge improvement since my last visit a year ago! Highly recommend this community!

I moved into the Azalea community less than a week ago. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, with just a few minor things that needed attention. Brandon at the front desk made a great first impression — he was incredibly helpful and immediately sent the maintenance team over. They were all so kind and even took care of things that weren’t on our original list. The entire community is spotless and well maintained, and every staff member I’ve met has been exceptionally friendly. Angel and the maintenance crew, in particular, went above and beyond. I just moved into Azalea a week ago! I will say, Brandon at the office has been extremely helpful and informative. Upon move in my washer dryer did not work and they immediately got the amazing maintenance man Angel to come fix it. When we couldn’t figure out the issue the maintenance team worked tirelessly to solve the problem and all was well. I appreciate the sense of urgency!! I will mention, upon move in my apartment was not really clean. The unit is a little bit of a “fixer upper” older appliances and some upgrades could definitely be made to the faucets and such. My garbage disposal smells awful, but I have full faith that the team will help me solve this issue.
