Property Manager has been very nice and professional. Everything she promised was gonna be replaced and done before move in was did. She made everything stress free from beginning to start . I have referred several ppl to Janice . Defly will recommend anyone to her for housing placement . Love the management they listen to your needs. Love my apartment! Perfect for me and my mom. Almost finished moving in!

The property manager got me into my apartment with out any problems. She made it an easy move for me to get out of my last apartment. My apartment is clean in the inside and outside.

Management staff is unorganized and threatened to call the police on a tenants for use of the pool during the labeled pool hours! Come to find out the pool is only open Monday - Friday- but only when the office is open - tenant using the pool when office was closed on Memorial Day was threatened. Lots of bugs! Doors not flush with walls inviting them in, maintenance lied to tenant about roof needing to be replaced when air conditioning was leaking into apartment, windows rattle with the wind and they won’t replace - bugs pouring out of anything warm including the water heater- DO NOT MOVE HERE BEWARE! Lots of roaches and bugs!! Management staff LYING to their tenants about maintenance issues- told tenants new roof needed to be replaced when they couldn’t find the air unit leaks
