A pipe burst in our 3 bed 3 bath condo on Jan 8, 2014. The whole lower level was flooded. Our insurance adjuster declared the unit uninhabitable. It took 3 weeks of repeated phone calls before Azalea told us it would be another month before the unit was reconstructed. They also told us we "could" have been living there-two adults and two children in one bedroom! They planned to charge us rent and would not allow us to break the lease. The floors were torn/carpet and tile removed, pipes exposed, Vanity and cabinets strewn about the bottom floor. This management company is greedy and heartless. Stay Away! Needless to say, the law doesn't agree with their opinions and we are moving out, and will take them to court.

This has to be the worst leasing company I've ever experienced. No one answers the phone, no matter how many times I tried. I even attempted to contact other departments. But could not get ONE answers over a week or two. Crazy.

Hands down the shadiest, most dishonest, worst management I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost
