Sam at the Axis leasing office completely transformed my move-in experience. I came in feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed, and she turned that around from the very first interaction. She walked me through every step clearly and efficiently, handling details with ease and making what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and manageable. What truly stood out was her positive attitude — always smiling, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions I had, she made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout. Einderben Martin gave our tour of Axis Wellington Green. He was very friendly and welcoming, Excellent customer service! Answered all our questions and we viewed 3 units. Each unit was well kept and great spaces overall. A nice bonus surprise was to learn their buildings have elevators, perfect when carrying up groceries. A very clean property and amenities are well maintained. They even have an area for gardening if you choose. After careful consideration these options are above our budget so will continue looking around.

Im going on to my 13th year at Axis Wellington! They are doing something right. No intention of leaving. The management team of the office and the maintenance team are efficient and always ready to help! My dog loves to stop by the office to say hello and they are always happy to see him.

Great management and maintenance staff, excellent community and safe environment. Specially Samantha at the leasing office and Javier, who quickly and efficiently responds to any maintenance issues. We really enjoy living in this community, the amenities are beautiful and well kept. The online portal is really convenient too, also sometimes monthly they create different opportunities to share and connect with more residents for example “brunch at the lobby”. We’re glad to call this place our home.
