Having lived at Axis Apartments for over a year, I’ve had a few occasions where maintenance or repair work was needed in my apartment, including a recent issue with the bathtub drain. Each time, William has been outstanding. He’s highly professional, efficient, and gets the job done quickly and thoroughly. As always, the repair was completed in no time, and the experience was great. Really appreciate William’s consistent and excellent work.

I recently had the pleasure of having Jeffry and William come to my loft to fix a high-set blind that wouldn't roll down. From the start, they were punctual and friendly, making me feel at ease about the task ahead. Not only did they efficiently repair the blind, but they also went above and beyond by cleaning the ceiling fan, which had been long-neglected due to their height and inaccessibility. This extra effort was incredibly appreciated and has made a noticeable difference. They carefully moved my heavy couch to access the window and returned it to its place, showing great respect for my belongings. We’ve lived in Axis for four years in a ground floor loft and enjoyed our time there for the most part except for the management decline in our last year. We did have our storage unit broken into by a very organized group that was in the building undetected for hours. We had packages stolen regularly while we lived there. The camera system never catches anything, so security is a big issue. People were always getting into the garage and breaking into cars. Thankfully, I only had to run off a homeless person once from camping in the hallway with his dog. The elevators were broken a lot in the four years, which got really annoying. Jeff handled my service request very quickly. Have been living at Axis apartments for more than a year now, and I really like this management - they are responsive, they have attention to detail and are trustworthy!

I just moved into Axis apartments about a month ago and the move-in phase has been very smooth. Kudos to the management team for being very responsive and prompt to address all of my concerns. The apartment itself is wonderful and feels like home already. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the community soon!
