The community and lake is so peaceful. But, i am here to talk about the maintainence and gym. I’m genuinely disappointed with the gym at Axis Delray Beach. If you’re looking for a good community gym, you deserve to know this. Dumbbells are broken, carpets are torn, weights are missing—it’s just not maintained. For name sake they have 2 gyms. No sanitizers, wipes, or even water. What hurts most is we’ve told management for a year—and every time, we get ‘we’ll fix it soon,’ but it never happens. They try to fool new residents who come on a tour with the pool and 2 gyms with a colorful carpet and ventilation, but if you look closely, you’ll see the neglect. One of the reasons we love living at AXIS is the exceptional service they provide. It starts with the charming welcome from Mr. Eugene in the leasing office and extends to the consistently excellent work of the handyman personnel who strive to please every tenant in the property. We recently had Camillo replace our kitchen faucet, and we are very pleased with the service. Camillo was incredibly professional, arriving promptly and well-prepared. He clearly explained the replacement process and answered all our questions thoroughly. The quality of Camillo's work is exceptional. Recently moved in 3 days ago & I must say this was by far the best experience with a community I’ve EVER had. This entire process was seamless, quick and beyond pleasant. Eugene is who helped my fiancée & I from day one. From the moment we met on December 6th, it was like everything was meant to be after dealing with a terrible HOA and other communities that did not fit our needs/wants during our search of a new home. Eugene was straightforward, attentive, down to earth and so kind. He is part of the reason we decided to move forward with applying the same day of viewing the apartment. He is truly one of a kind. I moved here a month ago and can say the following: 1) The management staff was really attentive and helpful. Especially Ellie, made our move very easy and she solved every issue. She's a wonderful person. Eugene is a very cheerful and fun person; you can easily ask him for help with anything. Lorenzo and all the other staff are friendly and helpful. 2) You might experience some technical issues with the apartment. For example, most of the screens on the windows and balcony are damaged and it looks like they'll need to be replaced. 3) I think the management should be more vigilant about the gym's terms of use, as some users simply don't pay attention to the rules, and this hasn't changed since I moved in. I haven't seen any toilet paper or tissues in the gym restrooms. 4) The complex manag
