Axiom has managed our commercial and self storage properties for years, and they’ve truly been exceptional. Jordan is hands down the best manager any owner could ask for — always available, no-nonsense, and somehow gets things done before you even realize they needed doing. He’s our go-to for everything and still manages to keep a great balance of following lease and SOP yet extremely tenant-friendly. I am writing this review because Jordan took a vacation recently and it didnt even take a day to remind us how lucky we are to have Jordan managing our assets. Dereck, is like a Swiss Army knife in human form — resourceful, highly skilled, and a total “MacGyver” when it comes to maintenance. The repair/maintenance people were on time and got back to me quickly through text. They communicated well and were flexible on a time to come do repairs which I appreciated. They also were good about walking me through the steps of what they were doing and why, and overall were very helpful and did a good job at fixing things. 5/5 stars for sure. Thanks again guys!

Cody came in and fixed the caulking in the bathroom and did an excellent job at doing it cleanly and well done! Cody let us know when he would enter and was in contact throughout the day to check in.

I had Cody come fix my toilet and the leak. This guy was and is a god sent. He was so kind, professional, understanding, and he did an amazing job. If I could give him 1000 stars I would. The guy was pretty awesome.

The finished project is not satisfactory! I've called into Axiom office today and reported the problems with Kaili. She said she would send up the maintenance boss to look over the problems and I asked for him to visit with me so I could further explain the problem. She said she would tell him to talk with me while he was here. Photos do not show the issues.
