I have known and worked with Dave Axel for well over 25 years. He is a very intelligent, knowledgeable broker who is also highly ethical and respected. I recommend him and personally do business with him on a regular basis.

We worked with Kiersten at this location. She failed to return messages and calls on houses that we were interested in. We called Friday afternoon and by Thursday we still had not received a call back, I called and she said she was so “sorry” that she was on her way out of town for the long weekend. Basically what I understood, is that she did not want to help us find a house in our price point because she wouldn’t benefit much off us. We dealt with another realtor that same day, saw the house we wanted and put an offer. Axel real estate cares about the money, not their customers.

This realtor (Kiersten Walker) is a professional con-artist who has played a major role in bilking numerous Floridians out of their homes and life savings. She has done so by purposely and wantonly under-appraising residential real estate values to curry favor and financial gain from foreclosure agents and attorneys alike. Her manipulated opinion(s) of home values are often 50-75% less than actual value – thus providing foreclosing agents an unscrupulous deficiency judgement claim. These ‘value’ opinions are regularly 75% less than the highly-regarded Fannie Mae (FMV) Fair Market Values - given for the exact same property during the same evaluation period. Ms. Walker, a Real Estate Associate, has also illicitly posed, and conspired, as a de facto Broker, in order, to submit ‘Affidavits

In retrospect I should have checked out her terrible ratings before accepting an offer from her clients. They offered full asking price and then after over a week requested over $20k in concessions. She is not professional. She has no idea what she's doing. She can't guide a buyer or help a seller. Do your research, go with someone else. This woman has nothing to offer you.

Been trying to reach this guy for months. Amazing how when someone actually answers the phone David is always on the other line. Call me crazy but you would think they would want to rent their properties?
