AWT Property Management

Showed up for a 10am meet at a property we wanted to check out for rent. The agent Iwona had messaged us on Friday and said they would meet at 10am Monday. Showed up about 9:55am and waited until about 10:13 to message the property management company letting them know we were there and asked if we are still meeting. Waited until 10:20 before we decided they weren’t showing up. Finally they messaged us at 10:40 letting us know they got “hung up at the office” and asked us to meet at 2. Would’ve been nice to know they got “hung up at the office” before we wasted so much of our time. Didn’t even message us to let us know. Not impressed at all.

I wish I could rate this property management company 10 stars. Andrew and Samantha were wonderful! I was with them less then a year due to being transferred to Orlando with my job. I was commuting back and forth for 6 months when it was finally to much. I called and spoke to Andrew and he helped me get in contact with the owner and let me break my lease early AND I’m getting my deposit back! Andrew and Sam listened to my issues and problem solved. I can’t thank them enough for treating me and my family like people and not just a pay check. If your looking to rent you've got to give them a shot. They make everything so easy!! The house was clean, payment was easy and any issue I had was fixed in 24 hours. I was sad to leave them. Thanks AWT!!

I am not typically one to write reviews, and this did happen a couple months ago now - but I am still bothered by it and wanted to get this out there. Essentially, AWT showed us a property and pushed us to apply for it, when it was not available - then never responded to my application. Of course, they had no issues taking my application fees. Here is what happened: -A day or two before we were scheduled to see it - I notice the listing was no longer on zillow or other similar site - the listing was still on AWT's website, however. I call to confirm the property was available prior to seeing it - I was told it was. -During the showing, we were told to apply soon as houses go quick, so when we got home a few hours later I go online to apply. Andrew and his staff are awesome !! Very professional and also very informative if you need to ask questions. I began dealing with Andrew and AWT in January upon recommendation of a friend. AWT got my property rented quickly and I am very happy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or have them manage your rental property.

How do you thank a company for not only doing their job but going above and beyond!? Andrew and team were courteous, professional, and exemplary with communication service and flexibility. I will continue to leave excellent reviews. They treat their Tennant’s like family.
