We’ve lived at this beautiful, well maintained rental home since Dec 2022 by Award Property Management with our primary contact being Jeanette S. My husband and I relocated from San Antonio with our first child, 1mo old at the time and came from a nightmare experience with Pathlight property management as first-time renters. I was immediately impressed with the condition of the home and how easy it was to communicate with Jeanette throughout the move-in process. Nothing needed to be fixed in the home. However, due to a hail storm in Spring 2023, there was a fair amount of damage to the roof so I submitted a work order for repair. I recently moved out after living here for a few years, and I just want to say how much I appreciated the property management team. They were always kind, professional, and understanding. Truly one of the most seemingly caring teams I’ve ever rented from. They consistently went beyond to make sure my family's stay was pleasant and to address any concerns I had. Nice, quite fairly kept property. Quick when responding to maintenance requests as well as general concerns. Although we did experience some issues in the unit and within the property over time as one normally would during such a duration, management did everything they could to resolve it and remained compassionate throughout. I've been a tenant with them for almost 7 years and they are so AWESOME! They're reasonably priced, genuine and ain't here to just take your money. Anytime I need them they're an email away. Don't let anything malfunction or break cus they'll have their handymen at your door prepared to fix any issue in 2 seconds! Being a tenant with them has gave me so much comfort knowing me and my kids have genuine people around us!

I am a current tenant with this company, you must be careful about having accidents in their homes as a renter! I have been accused of ignoring them several times now, even though I work from 7pm to 7 am. They do not understand that some people work schedules outside of theirs. I was checking to see why my toilet was running after I came home, when I was placing the lid back onto the tank one end slipped out of my hand and it hit the tank. This caused the Tank to crack from above the handle to the bottom of the tank. I was told this was my fault for the toilet cracking and I am having to buy a toilet and pay for the plumber to come make the repairs! I am so frustrated over this! No one intentionally goes around destroying a property. Then I could not call a plumber of my choice I was made

My partner and I rented from Award when we lived in Fort Worth. Janette was so awesome. The most friendly and professional person we met. She was on top of everything when it came to the paperwork and making sure the house was ready for us on move in. We rented for almost 3 year with them and it was an amazing experience. If something came up with the house, we would put in a work order and it was handled quickly and professionally. We were sad when we got the news we had to move due to our work life but if we make it back to Fort Worth we will definitely go see Janette for the same care we got before. Amazing staff and very fair prices!
