Avra & Cirro at CenterWest

I’ve had a great experience leasing with Avra and Cirro. The property is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable to live in. The management team is professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. It shows that they truly care about their residents and keeping the property in great condition. The community is also peaceful, well kept, and in a convenient location. Overall, Avra and Cirro have made my renting experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend leasing here to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed place to live.

Daisy Daisy Daisy she was super professional and great far as the knowledge of the apt / building..smh however sighhhhh she showed me an apt that had not been turned around yet ...that was something she should have never done ...I would have never shown anyone that apt in that kind of condition it was filthyyyyyyyy to the 5th power and a terrible representation of apt/building...I saw three roaches. Two in the hallway and one inside of another apt shown to me ...I also saw an outline of boric acid around the outside of someones apt door....

I am a 5 year tenant at center West apartments.The building has gone down terribly.This is the 4th management company.The company owes millions in the water bill. They have a outrageous BGE bill and constantly being taken to court for money owed against the building.The hallways smell like trash they are filthy. It is always dog poop in front of the building.When maintenance issues arise they never get done. For the last 3 weeks my apartment has a water leak which is leaking to the downstairs apartment and to date nothing has been done. Because my apartment failed housing inspection 3 times because they didn't make maintenance repairs they refuse to do anything in my apartment now because housing is no longer paying them.
