Avon South Apartments

You get what you pay for. The complexi isn't all that but I guess it's a roof over a lot of people's heads. Seem to be well kept, and quiet. Just depends on how you set your standards.

I love my new staff, Josue, Sarai, Deja, & Melissa have improved our apartments 100%! I love living at Avon apartments!

I lived here in 2020 was evicted during covid which was illegal which they still did throwing all my stuff on the street aside from what was confirmed that they stole. Then almost 5 years later my excel bill shows 781$ so I call and it's from the Avon apartments the old manager Anita never took it out of my name and now I can't get them to call me back excel said since they evicted me they are responsible to pay the bill since I was no longer living there...

This use to be a nice place to live, I have lived here almost 4 years and now the building is getting infested with bed bugs. They are moving homeless veterans in, while some are great candidates others are not. I have a new neighbor who stays up cussing and screaming all night every night pounding on walls throwing stuff around. It breaks my heart as this has been my home for so long, always pay my rent on time- never no issues I am considering leaving now.

I would recommend The Avon Apartments to anyone! When I moved here the manager Anita was very nice and helpful. I've lived here now for many years and still love it. In the morning time I see the maintenance guy Mike walking the property cleaning and making sure the building is in the best shape. He is always happy and positive making people laugh with jokes. I love how the building is secured and very well maintained. Maintenance in the building gets done and you don't have to wait forever for someone to respond to fix stuff in your apartment.
