I recently had the pleasure of working with the Assistant Property Manager at Avon Crossing Apartments, Kaneesha Vinson and I can't say enough good things about her! She has been incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that all my needs are met. Whether it’s answering my questions, resolving maintenance issues, or just providing guidance, her professionalism and dedication are evident. It’s refreshing to have someone so committed to their role and the residents.

Great group of ladies in the office! From beginning to the very end they assisted with my application and worked hard to get me in an apartment that fit me and my family. They were awesome when it came to customer service and even down to a refund when I found that I was unable to move due to family circumstances! I just wanted to leave this note for anyone who’s inquiring on Avon Crossing of Durham! I am very selective when it comes to my choices of renting! The office team are very punctual, quick responders and very very helpful! Maintenance was also a charm when it came to showing a building and speaking to the upgrades and offerings! This morning I had to come in to do some paperwork. And my tire went flat so the lovely ladies in the office had one of the maintenance man change my tire for me, while I did the paperwork. They all so pleasant and nice so glad I’m moving into these community
