I have been a tenant at the 4910 Mass Ave building since 2009. I must say that in the last 11 years I have been a tenant in this building the management has been unextremely poor. The biggest problem I have faced is that the building manager has often completely ignored my occassional emails asking for maintenance or help with a problem. Recently my car was broken into in the parking lot behind the building. I reached out the management to let them so know so that they could alert other tenants, but they did not do so. I heard a few weeks after that that a visitor to the building was robbed in the elevator. Again, no word from the management. This is a safety issue! Additionally, the workers have been rude when we have asked for maintenance help and disregarded that we are an office
