The building is always clean and well maintained, and the staff has been friendly and easy to work with whenever I’ve needed something. Apartments are beautiful , views are great from both sides as well, and considering it’s right near the train station I can’t hear a thing. The amenities are a big plus. The gym has everything you need, the pool and grills, and outdoor area are really nice, and the overall vibe of the place feels comfortable and modern. The location is super convenient too, close to everything but still pretty quiet. Overall it’s been a great place to live.
I can no longer tolerate the early-morning noise. While the staff have been courteous, the issue remains unresolved. I was informed that, under state law, construction may begin at 7 a.m.; however, I have been disturbed multiple times even before 7 a.m. This significantly impacts residents—especially night owls and college students who stay up late. The noise is consistently loud and persistent throughout the early morning. Who has sleep troubles should not live here, at least during the construction time. edited on Nov. 19: It’s just toooooooooo loud. Getting louder and louder each day in the morning. My friends and I are sick. I mean physically, by the noise and lack of sleep. When I reached out to the office what they can do is to offer me other rooms with prices above the current one.
Avira Luxury Apartments – A Stunning Urban Oasis in University City I recently had the chance to tour Avira, one of the most beautiful luxury apartment buildings in University City, and it did not disappoint! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with sleek, modern design and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase some of the best views in Philly. I had the opportunity to see one of their penthouses, and the space was absolutely breathtaking—spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and a view that makes you feel like you’re on top of the world. Whether you’re watching the sunrise over the skyline or the city lights at night, these views are next level. Amenities? Next Level. Avira offers top-tier amenities designed for both comfort and convenience: ✔️ Resort-style outdoor pool wit
This is an extended true honest review from a happy current Avira resident. l've been living here for over a year (my first leasing was a studio and after it ended I renewed it and moved to a 1 Bedroom) I wanted to complete my first year to post here. These are the reasons why I choose and renewed with Avira: New building: I toured many buildings on the area and for me this one has the best amenities and style, apartments are spacious and the best part is that everything is brand new, others buildings looked old and spaces were smaller. Safety: I was new in the city and the country so l was looking for a place I could feel safe; I feel that way on this building, just residents can access into it and the access is also restricted just to your floor. Location: is perfect, you're right ne
Extremely disappointing experience living here due to the construction noise. For over a week, the building has allowed construction to start as early as 7 AM, with extremely loud and constant drilling and hammering that wake up residents every single morning. Most people in this building are young people, and absolutely no one I talked to thinks it is acceptable to begin construction this early. The management clearly does not care about residents’ comfort or mental health. If you value peace, rest, or a reasonable living environment, I strongly do not recommend this apartment. The handling of the construction noise has been careless and inconsiderate, and residents have been suffering for days with no proper communication or adjustment.
