As an original resident who recently moved out, I saw four management changes, and this current team is by far the most consistent and helpful. The maintenance crew is excellent, though repair times can be long due to new-build warranty constraints. Pros: Top-tier amenities, respectful neighbors, and a great Amazon package room. Cons: Building quality is average, and local construction (new off-ramp/offices) is making traffic increasingly difficult. Overall, the staff makes the experience worth it.

I lived here for almost 1.5 years, maintenance was excellent. They were always very responsive, and if there was something needed last minute front desk was always very helpful. The studio apartment I had was very cozy, and everyone in the complex seemed friendly. I loved the pool as well. Front desk staff were very friendly, and always helpful when I visited them. Would highly recommend this place!

Honest review Overall the apartment complex is ok. Definitely has areas that need to be improved on. Start with the pros -nice complex and amenities -Maintenance is very quick with responses -Apartment is well laid out and large Cons - grounds in general/dog issues - DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. This seems to be a repeating issue. All the stations for cleanup are in the middle of the parking lot nowhere near where everyone walks their dogs. Alot of dead spots due to dogs peeing. to me this is expected, but if everything was watered, I dont think this would be an issue. Also dog park could be better maintained. Muddy due to leaky fountain, and bathing area water doesn't get warm. Im a dog owner, so this amenity was important for me. For the prices we pay for this complex I expect better quality.

Thank you for the quick removal the 6 spots, where dog waste was left, at the west end of bldg 2869, left by residents who are continuing to refuse to pick up when they walk their dogs. And appreciate the strong email reiterating the waste policy and the quick removal of the 10 new spots that appeared after the previous 6 spots were removed …..

Minecraft Creeper Pool. 24/hour gym. And the dog park is bigger than it looks. They got mini golf, great leasing agents, TWO pool tables, and even a dog grooming area that actually works and smells good. People are friendly, so please say hi. The best part, surprisingly, is that they don't have this advertised, but when you move in, they give you half-off coffee coupons for scooters, and they send you a coupon list like 'buy one, get one free and whatnot. Honestly, if you have the budget to live here, are a nice person, and you have an addiction to all but not limited to playing pool, playing in the pool, drinking coffee, cooking good BBQ food, relaxing with family/friends, and going to the gym, I'd say sign up.
