Nice appartnents, guest parking, it is a safe area, but during the summer there is a lot of foot traffic from people trying to access the beach. The golf course borders the north side so the view is really nice. You are only 5 minutes from all the areas attractions, golf, concerts, public pier, fishing!!
OUTSTANDING stay at Avila Beach Apartments & Vacation Rentals! The owners, Danny and Jan, were so helpful and the property was absolutely perfect! There is a wonderful deck with an ocean view. Great for barbecues! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I just wish I had found this property four years ago when my daughter first started at Cal Poly!
I called to get a price and there was no availabilty. I asked questions about square footage and so on for future reference and the lady was nasty. No big deal there is no current availability but no need to be nasty about it. Praying for this woman.
A very beautiful place to be so peaceful a great experience I had so.much fun with friends and family I recommend to all of you want to have a very good time.
