Avidor Omaha

Avidor is a beautiful community (when work isn’t being done). The maintenance team is efficient and knowledgeable. The activity director is very creative. However, since moving here almost 4 years ago, the construction is constant. The amenities and activities have been drastically reduced as rents have increased yearly. The residents are friendly and kind.

What a beautiful facility! In several visits here, the community feels so active and vibrant with all sorts of activities always going on. All of the residents are incredibly friendly. The absolutely perfect place to retire!

Avidor Omaha is located in a beautiful area of West Omaha. It overlooks the lovely 40 acre Tri Faith Park which is the home of a synagogue, church and mosque. Excellent shopping and restaurants are within a five to ten minute drive from Avidor. Avidor is well maintained by its excellent professional staff who are devoted to the residents' quality of life. Maintenence concerns are addressed immediately. The facility offers a variety of activities on a daily basis. The emphasis is on socialization among the residents. Continental breakfast is served on weekdays to facilitate interaction. Exercise classes are offered with professional trainers. Movies are screened in the lovely theater with fresh popcorn available. I recently attended a networking event at Avidor, and I was thoroughly impressed! The apartments are absolutely beautiful—luxurious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Christina Reed was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The ambassadors were friendly, caring, and went out of their way to ensure everyone felt comfortable. We played bingo had snacks and drinks. They even gave us a wonderful tour of the community. Avidor offers a wide range of amenities that the 55+ community can truly benefit from, creating a lifestyle of convenience and enjoyment.
