I love living here! Its so clean smells good and quiet. Neighbors are very respectful and friendly. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating with everything. Absolutely love the amenities here especially the pool area and lounges to work and study 🥰 very safe and clean

I wish someone had warned me before I signed that lease. I had never been to Miami, and I relied on the leasing agent’s words when he confidently said: “Don’t worry, trains don’t run at night. It’s just Brightline - you won’t even notice it.” That was a lie. What I got instead was 3 to 7 massive freight trains* shaking my apartment every night, waking me up, again and again. During the day, the noise never stops - trains, cars, loud neighbors. The walls are paper-thin, and the ventilation system carries every sound straight into your ears. A very beautiful building in a great location with a pleasant atmosphere. There are wonderful, delicious scents throughout the building, a beautiful rooftop, and many rooms suitable for work, which is very important. The building is pet-friendly, and the staff is extremely responsive and welcoming. I would very much love to live in this building

Kali is always helpful, super easy to talk to, and never makes you feel like you’re asking too much. Anytime I’ve needed help or had a question, he’s gone out of his way to make sure things got taken care of. You can tell he actually cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. His hard work is a big reason I felt comfortable renewing my lease, and I really appreciate everything he’s done. Definitely makes living here a great experience!
