The rooftop deck at Aviator Lofts Apartments is absolutely stunning! It feels like a luxury retreat right at home with beautifully designed lounge seating, cozy pergola lighting, grilling stations, dining areas, and even turf with chaise loungers to relax and soak in the views. Whether you’re hosting friends, enjoying a quiet evening, or catching a sunset, this space truly elevates the living experience. Everything is modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s easily one of the best amenities I’ve seen in Newport News and a huge reason to love living here. Highly recommend checking it out!

I had a great experience with this apartment complex. The staff especially Nina, was very friendly and welcoming, making the whole process smooth and easy. The apartments are beautiful, with modern, aesthetically pleasing colors and brand-new, advanced appliances that make everything feel updated and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly people here. Everyone who works here is very attentive and goes the extra mile. Shout out to Nina, who took the time to show me the various apartment options, the amenities, and to review the policies and procedures. These apartments recently opened and have easy access to everything in Newport News. The apartments are well appointed and the rooftop will be a regular place to relax and grill when the weather warms up. There's a workout area and small lounge with coffee service. I definitely recommend taking a tour.

Can’t say enough about Nina. That “Good Person Vibe” is immediate. You have a winner managing your property! She is super-knowledgeable and very thorough. Nina is over-the-top professional - very transparent, doesn’t “oversell” - she highlights the impressive features of the property that speaks most to me. I will be renting primarily because of her! Great property . . . Awesome management. Come be my neighbor - you won’t regret it!!

I enjoyed my tour with Nina, she was great!!! The entire staff was very friendly, professional and outgoing. I saw several different units all uniquely designed to fit anyone’s needs. Nina answered all of my questions about the units and made me and my sister feel very welcome.
