Aviana at Tuscany

Aviana Tuscany has been a great home for me and my pup over the last two years! I have felt safe in our little complex. In addition, the maintenance turnaround is excellent- each time I have asked for assistance, I have heard back within 5 hours. Staff have been excellent and very helpful (especially Devanie!) very welcoming and make you feel like part of the community. Great place to live! Highly recommend!

I don’t normally write reviews, but Aviana at Tuscany truly deserves one. The hospitality has been exceptional from start to finish. Nasheli has been sweet, attentive, and responsive, Ryan has been accommodating and professional, and the whole team made my move-in smooth and stress-free. I was on a tight timeline, and they expedited the final cleanup so I could move in right after my Airbnb ended — I really appreciated that extra effort. The apartment is beautiful: top floor, vaulted ceilings, and upgraded appliances. The community feels quiet, well cared for, and respectfully managed. I’m excited to be here and looking forward to great neighbors. Highly recommend.

Nasheli at Aviana by Tuscany is hands down the best leasing agent I've ever had. Not only is she super friendly and engaged in conversation about what works best for you and your family but she makes the move in process as smooth as possible all while giving you information on any specials are deals they have at the time. Great at giving tours and being on top of your approval from the start! The site is beautiful and spacious but she really gives it that extra something special! Love living at Aviana at Tuscany. The office staff and maintenance guys are great. The couple times I needed maintenance, they came within the hour. The complex is really very nice. Our building is quiet. Neighbors are great. We can honestly highly recommend Aviana at Tuscany. We were just talking how it’s more like a condo than apartment. Well insulated for noise and weather—double pained windows in the bedrooms. The 2brm unit holds the heat in winter and cool air in summer. The size of our unit is awesome. We love it!!
