AVIA Lofts on Parkway

Since Tammy showed up, the issues of last year have been improved. She has handled a lot of things with professionalism alongside her maintenance team. Improving the quality of the units and organizing a peaceful and safe environment for us. Rent prices are more affordable now. So I'm able to live comfortably here again.

I have lived here for one month and wanted to share my most positive experience with the whole process from application to move in and more so to my everyday joy and peace this place has brought to my life. The manager Tammy is amazing! She is easy to talk to noShe is always willing to help where she can with a smile on her face.Brad and Michael, the maintenance team is excellent. On top of the projects, workorders and always friendly and approachable.

Tammy is awesome, she’s welcoming, pleasant, and been helpful and explained everything to me, whenever I have question I would email her, she responds with clarity and answer all my questions. She guides me through the whole process, she’s also kind and the dedication she puts in to accommodates the tenants is astonishing..

From the moment I toured AVIA Lofts on Parkway, I felt such a welcoming and positive energy. Tammy was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful—she made the entire experience feel easy and exciting rather than stressful. You can tell she truly cares about future residents and takes pride in what she does. The space itself was beautiful, with great lighting that made everything feel bright, open, and inviting. The overall atmosphere had such good vibes, and it truly made me excited about the possibility of becoming a resident here. Thank you, Tammy, for your kindness and amazing energy—it made a lasting impression. I really hope to call AVIA Lofts on Parkway home!

Things are looking up after some months of darkness. The redheaded witch from Florida is gone. She won't be causing trouble anymore! We can all breathe a huge sigh of relief. Tammy has been a lovely property manager. Brad and Mike take care of the grounds and units with total professionalism.
