Avia Apartments

I moved into my apartment in November. It has easy access to all major highways to get around town. The people are actually lovely. They work with me to help with my rent because my pay days are never the same depending on the day of the month. I really appreciate this apartment complex so much for this.

Been living here since Nov. 1, 2025 - it’s been really nice actually. I was worried to live in an apartment again, but any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been fixed within one business week every time. Love that. Then - they have strict pick up after your animal rules (dog poo), i communicated just once with Brittany about an issue in that subject and she sent a mass email out & I believe that issue has been resolved lol. Very clean property. Calm & QUIET. the apartments are small but SUPER cute. I did receive an email about noise complaints, I’m assuming from the review lady below this one? My personal opinion, don’t live in an apartment if you’re worried about noise? Sometimes people have different sleep schedules than yourself, and you can try to be quiet but getting upset about

When I came to look at these apartments I was helped by the property manager named Brittany!! She was all the way around lovely. Her personality is top tier; & she was so willing to help in any way possible. I’ve only been here for a few weeks now but the time I’ve spent here has been so amazing. If anything is wrong, the maintenance man comes and fixes it right away. He’s a very nice man as well. Not to mention the owner and his wife are just all around great people. My family and I have Zero complaints, we love the people here and the environment. THIS PLACE HAS TURNED AROUND FOR THE BEST! We feel safe and sound. I couldn’t ask for something better for my family and I. 💕

Noise from my neighbors is affecting my health every day. Late at night, they become extremely loud — talking, laughing, and sometimes singing. I can’t always tell which unit the noise is coming from, but I’ve noticed they stay awake all night and sleep during the day. My apartment has become an uncomfortable place to live. Sometimes it even sounds like they’re talking about places they’ve seen me, which adds to the stress. I’ve reported the issue, but I feel dismissed, as if I’m being seen as overreacting. I’m considering getting a highly sensitive microphone to document the disturbances, because I want to protect myself and show what I’m experiencing. My fitness and daily routines should not make me a target for childish harassment. I refuse to accept abuse, harassment, or disrespect f
