Avia Apartments

Careful reading reviews. Some are for the sister building Mya which is vastly different than Avia. I really enjoy living here. My view is breathtaking. Ill post photos below. The maintenance man Jim is so caring and fast at his job. Roberto will NEVER let you walk by without a cheerful greeting. The building construction & materials used are high quality and durable. A few problems to mention: gig drivers causing access problems. We share a garage entrance with Public Safety and it’s upsetting to Police when they can’t get through. Also, the main outdoor access doors & garage door can randomly stick. The package delivery system/communication is inadequate/frustrating. The outdoor areas could use some sprucing up & more fun added in. Finally, Visitor or delivery Parking is practically UNAV

I’ve lived at Avia My for a while now, and I can honestly say the difference since Jessica stepped in has been incredible. She has completely turned the building around. The property feels cleaner, more organized, and genuinely cared for, and you can tell she takes pride in making it a great place for residents to live. There’s been a noticeable improvement in maintenance, communication, and overall atmosphere. Issues that used to linger now get handled quickly and professionally, and the whole community just feels more positive and well-managed. It’s rare to see management that truly listens and follows through, but Jessica does exactly that. I really appreciate the effort she’s put into making this such a better living environment. It’s made a huge difference, and it doesn’t go unnotic

I’ve lived at Avia for some time, and I’ve seen firsthand how much things have improved since Jessica became leasing manager. The change has honestly been a 180. Her energy is unmatched — she’s approachable, kind, and actually gets things done. Communication has improved so much, and you can tell she genuinely cares about creating a better experience for residents. It makes such a difference having management that listens and follows through. We’re so lucky to have her!

Update: I’ve gotten to work with Jessica more recently due to the change in management and have no doubt she is doing a great job to continue shifting things around for the better. Jessica is approachable, personable and quick to act. Her communication is on point and she is consistently at the office well beyond regular hours working hard to improve the facility! The staff at this property is nothing short of amazing. Susan Horne has the most amazing heart and is 100% there for any and all tenants. She sold us the Avia and we bought it. The application process was seamless and the easiest I’ve ever done. The security of the place is so reassuring. The mailroom is awesome and the set up there for deliveries is the best! Overall I’d give it a 10 out of 5! The staff is wonderful, the property is gorgeous and I’m so glad we didn’t give up on SLC, thanks again to Domain Properties. This truly feels like home and we love it. Also the maintenance team is spot on! Shoutout to Jim too!
