Jami was so wonderful about getting back to our emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She answered EVERY question and addressed all concerns that we posed to her. Negative 5 stars if I could. This place is completely disrespectful to its customers. And I wasn't even a true customer yet. Turned in an application and fee when I was told to from an agent that said the place was available and that the owner would accept the lease terms just to have them give it to someone else and keep my money. They did nothing and got a fee from me for doing it. They said I was turned down because the owner wanted a shorter lease than mine even though my application was in first and they said that my terms would be accepted. My credit is excellent, over 800 excellent with 0 missed payments and they still screwed me over. I found that the Realtors on this team are only required to act ethical during Brokerage related transactions. Acting deplorably in private transactions is of no concern to the Broker.
