I had the pleasure of visiting Avery Row apartments and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. Juan, the maintenance manager, kindly showed me around the establishment and answered all of my questions. Although there were no available apartments at the time, I was so impressed with the community that I hope to have the opportunity to become a part of it in the future. We've called Avery Row our home for the last four years and we couldn't be happier. We've always felt heard and looked after with every maintenance request (and even a few personal favors) being taken care of in a timely manner. We also love that it's a small building where you actually get to meet neighbors and feel a sense of community, unlike in those huge monster buildings that seem to be the norm nowadays (you know, those where you can spend 10 minutes waiting for the elevator and then it's too full!!!). The amenities and common areas are beautiful and always clean and tidy and the staff always greets us with a smile. We expect to be here for another year at least and can only hope it will continue to get better!

My family and I have been living here almost for two months and really enjoy it! The great team of Resident Relations Manager (Patrice), Maintenance Manager (Juan) and janitorial worker (Kleiser) has provided us with wonderful service! Residents whom we have met are very polite and friendly! The apartment is always clean and all amenities are what we need! Location is also another plus! The apartment is close walking distance to areas of Rosslyn, Courthouse and Clarendon! Metro Stations, restaurants, nice shops and grocery stores are all walking distance! If you are looking for an apartment to live, highly recommend to check this place!

I love living here! It is a great place, beautiful, clean, very well maintained. Juan, the maintenance manager, is super on point with any task and/or issue. I have never experienced such a high level of true care for the building, community and people. A green oasis so close to the city, yet it feels like a permanent vacation.
