psychological torture might be the best way to describe living here. to anyone looking for off-campus housing, PLEASE sign anywhere else: do not give them a single cent. unless you love living with cockroaches, mold, and every maintenance issue under the sun, RUN FAR from this place. i would rather have to live in ANY campus dorm and pay thousands of dollars than this bs. oh, and it's not just the cockroaches themselves, they lay their eggs everywhere, furthering the infestation and my mental stress.

I have been living in an apartment for two years and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The community is welcoming, and the location is perfect—close to parks, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities that make daily living convenient and enjoyable. The management team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, making the transition seamless. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to call home!"

Do not live here unless you want to test your sanity. Seriously. Since moving into this building August 1, I have been met with nothing but bad experiences. As I’m sure everyone is aware, there are ROACHES throughout the entire building. I have seen one at least once a day in my apartment since moving in, some days more. I even see them in the hallways. I filed a maintenance request and they did some kind of treatment but I am still seeing them constantly. They claim in all of their responses to these reviews about roaches that “pest control is on site weekly”, but they’re not actually following up with anybody, at least they haven’t with me. They did ONE treatment and nothing else. Anybody who knows anything about treating roaches knows that it has to be ongoing. I have resorted to purch

I just can’t say enough good things about the staff here. From the day I moved in about a year ago, the entire staff has been so kind and helpful. There were some changes in the office staff and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the new team that came in is awesome! They know us by name and they always say hello with a smile on their face. They ask “how are you today?” and “can I get you anything?” They get out of their seats to open doors for you and they simply make this such a nice place to live. The amenities here are very nice but it’s the people that make it a great place to live!

Moved in in August and love living here! The workers are all so friendly and helpful and the amenities are great. I’ve heard people had problem with pests but I’ve never had any problems with them, and if I did I know it would be handled promptly. Great building, great people!
