No response from the initial post. Strange. After the flooding a maintenance person came back hours later and stated “you didn’t hear me knock?”. 1. I work night shift and sleep during the day. 2. I have 2 industrial grade fans blowing next to my bedroom. 3. Since there was no active emergency(apartment was no longer flooding) notice is required before entering, none was given. 4. Pictures were taken after the fact not at the initial request.
