Avery Park and Square Apartments

I have lived here almost a year. Sandra is our 3rd property manager and is so far the greatest one ever! Please people, stop saying she is mean! She is NOT mean. Yes she is firm but she has to be sometimes because it is her job. I have gotten to know her and she has the biggest kindest heart in anyone I have ever met. As a previous business owner myself I understand how hard it can be to deal with people and their issues or concerns. It can be very stressful. Please be nice to her and show some respect because she will definitely give that respect back to you. She has been so very kind to me and my family and she is an absolute amazing person. And please be nice to our maintenance team because they are an absolute dream team! I hope that Sandra will never leave us because here at Avery par

I've been here for 5 years and have had a mostly positive experience. I have had water and A/C issues while here but they have always addressed them promptly. As far as the new manager, Sandra, is concerned she has always treated me with respect and dignity. Yes, she is direct and takes no bull, but has always been professional and effective in my various dealings!

Here now almost 2 years. It's quiet, it's cheap, it's close to everything. It's an older complex (built in 1963!) so its gonna have some issues but the office always lets us know what's up when they can. Previous manager was cool, he was very friendly but nothing really ever got done. New Manager Sandra is absolutely handling business IMHO. She's following after 2 managers who didnt get anything done and now that Sandra is here and letting everyone know rent is due (we're getting emails for reminders which is a stepnup) gotta be paid on time, seems like some tenants are mad about it lol( based on other reviews) It's not the greatest no, but the owner hasn't had it long and I know he's spent some serious money trying to get it lined out. my family & I have lived here for almost a year, the newest property manager Sandra, has been absolutely amazing to us, she’s worked with us on small things, she’s professional in every aspect of her job. I couldn’t imagine anyone else running this complex other than her. please be kind to her she’s got a lot on her plate and she’s handling everything with amazing strength. thank you Sandra for being amazing to us 💕 reading the review of her being “intoxicated” you are very much wrong.
