I just wanted to give a shoutout to Michelle and GiGi at Avere Southside Quarter. They helped me during my walkthrough and honestly made the whole process super easy. Michelle in particular was on top of everything, answered every question I had, and was really kind the whole time. You can tell they are extremely informed and actually care about residents and problem solving! The place itself is really nice too, everything’s clean and well-kept and the community is pretty quiet. Overall, great experience so far, and Michelle and GiGi definitely made a big difference going above and beyond.

Thank you to the management team for hosting such an amazing Christmas party. I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I truly enjoy it. It really feels like home! The community events, great service, and friendly management make a big difference. I appreciate everything you do to make this a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

Dennis, the maintenance guy, was amazing! Fast, efficient, and prompt. The leasing office staff were just as great, friendly and helpful. Everyone here is really down-to-earth and welcoming, which makes living here a great experience!
