Avere on the Highline

I moved into Avere in the summer and Britney the leasing agent was great, after we moved in she made sure everything was good with the unit. We did have an issue with our garage and she made sure to get maintenance over to look at it and she followed up when they were done to ensure things were working well, I really appreciate the follow up and making sure things work well. I enjoy the community and all the restaurants near by, we have costco, walmart, king soopers all within 15 minutes from home. We met Mia the property manager for the open house event and we really enjoyed interacting with other residents all while having food and gifts. Overall it has been good living at Avere.

I feel very grateful for having a management company that really cares about its residents. The homes are very beautiful, new, and clean. The location is very convenient for commuting to department stores, drug stores, and hospitals.

Since these are new townhomes, I am one of the first tenants to move in. Really love that we are situated right on the Highline Canal Trail. It's a nice neighborhood that is not too far from downtown and other shops/restaurants/grocery stores. A fine experience so far. Thank you to Victoria for being so helpful when I ran into some maintenance issues, I really appreciate it!

Brittney at Avere on the Highland was simply amazing. I had one day to handle everything as my movers were on the way. She made sure everything was complete I had keys and was ready to move in before the movers made it to the property. She checked afterwards to make sure everything went well. The townhouse is great! So glad I made the decision to move to Avere.
