Avenue View Apartments

My husband and I lived here for about a year and a half and had a very poor experience. The apartments are extremely small for how expensive they are. The property is managed by Concept Property Management, which was consistently frustrating to deal with. Common areas were frequently dirty, the elevator rarely worked and when it did it was in dangerous condition, and maintenance issues were not handled in a timely manner. On multiple occasions, the property manager even parked in the paid parking spots reserved for residents. Overall, we would not recommend living here.

This is a neighbor. There is a dog on the second floor facing B street that constantly barks all day. Its been months of this happening and I cant take it anymore. Please talk to your tenant and if it doesn't stop, Ill be contacting noise ordinance moving forward.

Honestly this place has gone down hill over the last year and it wasn’t at a great place to begin. CONCEPT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. They’re disrespectful and dismissive. Don’t rent from them here nor at any of their other properties. Our washer has destroyed clothing and bedding. The kitchen clock can’t even keep time! Every couple of months you’ll need to reset it. Besides the unhoused folks sleeping behind the dumpster and in the stairwells, you pay so much for so little. For example, our AC went out(it’s June and 98 degrees outside) and their solution is to bring fans over. They only offered that after we mentioned an attorney. How are we supposed to live in this? Our dogs can’t handle 86 degrees inside. Seriously look somewhere else for a place to live and avoid anything that

I live in a house near this building and I wish they would inform the new tenants that they need to observe the no parking signs on the corner. There are a few cars/suvs that are constantly creating traffic issues on the corner because they are illegally parked. Super rude. And it includes the guy showing the places in the BMW suv. A little neighborly respect would be appreciated

Really terrible comunication with the leasing office. I can't imagine living there and try to contact somebody for any support.
