The property manager Jenna was an absolute angel to work with. She kept consistent contact with me during the application process, and I’m so grateful for her willingness to help. I moved into the 1 bedroom loft and I can already tell that this complex and their management value their community. From application to move in Jenna was attentive and kind. I’ve had an amazing experience with Avenue Lofts so far, and a huge part of that is thanks to Jenna, the property manager. From the very beginning, she was incredibly sweet, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the entire move-in process. She took the time to really listen to my preferences and made sure every detail was addressed, which made me feel genuinely cared for and valued as a resident. What stood out the most was how accommodating and proactive Jenna was when it came to my tight timeline. I was on a strict deadline to move in, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and smoothly so I could move in as quickly as possible without any added stress. I toured with the property manager, Jenna, the other day and LOVED everything the community has to offer! I love how much space the upstairs loft creates and you can’t beat the location. Jenna was very thorough in explaining the application process making it an easy decision. Can’t wait to move in!

Without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever lived. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments are way overpriced and you get basically no amenities. The property is not well maintained at all and it’s disgusting in most areas. Say goodbye to your sleep schedule due to the bar next door. Management is horrible and couldn’t care less about you. All they want is your money. Good luck getting them to do anything for you. My experience here has been terrible and management was very unprofessional. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Jenna, thank you so much for making my time here such a great experience over the past 2½ years. Your hard work truly deserves 5 stars. I can’t thank you enough for always being so quick to respond especially during the hurricanes and any issue I ever brought to you. I’ll never forget when I needed a new washer/dryer, and you had it taken care of within 24 hours! That meant a lot. It’s disappointing to see comments that don’t reflect the kindness and dedication I’ve personally seen from you. If I wasn’t moving to Orlando for work, I’d happily renew my lease again and again.
