Avenue at Sycamore Park

I love my apartment. Management is so much better now. The only downside is no play area for the kids and I think they need to put some visitors signs in the parking lot because sometimes registering your car doesn't always work. I love the new property manager Martina is friendly kind and helpful.

Hi I’ve been here for over a year. So far it’s as good as it gets. I do suggest offering a second parking space for people who have multiple cars. And more adult supervision for the children out side

The current office employee informed me that she is still familiarizing herself with the system. During my first interaction, I encountered an issue due to a mistake she made on my profile. She inadvertently changed something, resulting in my rent payment being rejected. I had to wait for approximately 5-7 days before receiving the refund and being able to make the payment again. My second incident occurred on July 31, 2025, when my car was towed. I purchased a new car in May. The system records that I brought my official license plate into the office on July 1, 2025, for her to add it to my account. However, she mistakenly added my car to a manager’s list.
