Avenue 66 apartments

The repair man Manny came over couple days ago and replaced a cracked door and he did a very good job I appreciate apartment 66 avenue always for being there for me.

"The nail that stands out gets driven down" it a perfect example of how this place is ran. Although its selective. Broken down car? Good to go. Decorations outside? Nope. Cops coming every day to your unit? Welcome! Bird feeder? Here's a 10 day eviction notice. Talked to the manager? Surprise! It's a new one now! Siding falling off the building and slapping in the wind? It took WEEKS to fix. This isn't a community anymore, I used to feel welcome and loved it here and recently it feels so empty and like I need to watch my back.

I have lived here for almost 2 years, and am very happy here. The staff has always responded quickly for any small issues I've had and everything has been resolved perfectly. They work hard to keep the place clean and in good order. Highly recommended. D Parker

Needed replacement of kitchen light fixture. Was replaced efficiently and quickly! Manny is a genius at this stuff. Highly recommend Avenue 66 staff.
