Ms.Brown was amazing. I needed a move in less than 30 days. She was easy to reach and she always had a great attitude and i got the exact unit i wanted.

I bought my first apartment with the help of Ms Carliss. Great energy up front and very helpful. She went out her way to make the process as fast and easy as possible and I would definitely recommend any first time renters to her!

I toured a 2 bedroom 2 bath with Millicent. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was knowledgeable about the move in process. The unit was staged which we helped me to see the actual space that is available. Millicent was patient with me while I carefully considered all the element of the floor plan, even making suggestions to make my future living space into a home. Thank you again!

I actually was greeted with great energy and respect from the moment I walk into the leasing office. Entire staff was very nice. I received assistance with my tour and my paperwork by Millicent. She was very amazing explained all details of the apartments thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about the area. Very respectful. Apartments are well taken care of and clean. Much recommended.

I moved in these apartments on 9/07/2024 and it was one of the worst decisions I could’ve made! Resort living? That’s a farce to say the least! The only thing that remotely resembles a resort is the palm trees and the leasing office! The landscaping! Other than that! ABSOLUTELY RUN FROM HERE! No special is worth the amount of stress you will endure here! I moved in and they still had things that needed to be done! I gave them a list several times that still was never finished! On top of that, my apartment flooded on 12/2 and I had to call 911 to get the water turned off! The fireman than came said they are over there very, very, very often! Which means the maintenance sucks! I know first hand because I called them over 10 times before someone called me back with an attitude saying someone
