Moving in was really quick and convenient process. Elizabeth is very nice and maintenance is overall good on working the tickets we have submitted. We are happy with the apartment itself. However, I had to take 2 stars because the common areas are not well maintained (a lot of both duck and dog feces everywhere), there’s no outgoing mailbox and there’s an ongoing issue with a barking dog from one of the apartments. My husband and I have submitted tickets about this twice and management said the issue was addressed with the resident but the dog continues barking nonstop throughout the day (and night!!!). I work from home and it’s driving me crazy. I don’t want to have to address this myself as you never know what kind of crazy lives there and don’t care about the dog despite many complaint

First time living by myself, and no regrets at all! Elizabeth was very kind and caring, process very easy and quick. Warming welcome with a little gift! I didn’t know was that strict with the parking guest ( always make sure to punch the car on the long!!) Definitely feel safe and comfortable with the place!

I have a good experience with this community if I was still in Miami I will continue to live there but unfortunately things happen me and my girlfriend have to leave to move to another city. I recommend if you want a quiet apartment good maintenance aventura Oask apartment is the one

As expected when you are a new customer, everything has been great. It's my first week here and there have been some minor issues but they have been willing to help out and resolve them if possible or update you about when that can be solved or the status of that.1 of 2 elevators for my building has been out for 3 weeks, if I am not mistaken, but they are working in get that repaired ASAP, lets see what happens. Communication has been clear and constant. Office and maintenance people super nice. Hope everything keeps going this way and we can have a overall great experience.
