Shannon, shannon, shannon!!!! Amazing!! She was so friendly, had the best banter and was just overall great! Would highly recommend going and seeing her if looking around for apartments! (Aventon went to our #1 spot)

Touring with Mrs. Shannon I’m not quite sure if that is the correct spelling but this is not one but the best tour I’ve ever had in my entire life I had viewed over 20 apartments over the last month or so and this has taken the cake by farrrrr. She deserves a raiseeeeee a promotion!!!

The complex itself is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. I have to give a shoutout to Shannon, she’s been amazing since day one. Super helpful, super patient, and just really nice overall. She made everything way less stressful. Highly recommend!

I was treated so unfairly by the management team at Aventon Soraya in Jacksonville FL after applying for a Unit. Prior to the application & during the tour everyone was extremely excited to help me! Once i was approved and paid the admin fee and app fee of $275 the leasing agent Shannon was assisting me back and forth regarding Income verification. I showed up to the property to present my pay stubs because i was having Issues Uploading it to their “snappt” app & Vicki the manager looked me up and down and said “ what am i suppose to do with this? Everything is electronic now days. I explained to her the issue with uploading the docs and also presented the error i was getting she took a photo of the error & said Shannon will contact you when she returns from lunch. Shannon then contacts me

Whoever is in charge of numbering the apartments is an absolute clown. If there’s a true emergency, no one is going to be able to understand how you’ve ordered these apartments. Did you just throw a dart and number them randomly? What a joke.. Also fix your call box. It’s basic equipment that’s required to be used when coming in. To not maintain it is unacceptable.
