Aventon Noelle

My friend lives at Aventon Noelle, and every time I visit, it’s been absolutely incredible! The staff (especially Shane and Caleb) are so friendly and welcoming. The property itself is stunning and beautifully maintained, definitely the kind of place anyone would love to call home. I was also lucky enough to attend their grand opening event as a plus one, and it completely exceeded my expectations! There was an open bar, live violin music, delicious hors d’oeuvres being passed around, and even some adorable furry friends to top it all off! Aventon Noelle truly sets the bar high for luxury living !!! It’s not just a place to live, it’s a place to thrive.

Here is a little list of why NOT to move here….. - would not give us our keys the first day of move in so we had to sleep here with our door unlocked ( mind you we drove 17 hrs to get here) - when we moved in there was mold in our unit - ROACHES!!!!! We even do the monthly preventative spray for bugs that is provided and we still have them. - A/C leaked and broke multiple times during August, we were provided a tiny portable ac unit which was not nearly big enough to cool our entire unit. - had to deal with mold on the exterior of our walls for a month which was a HUGE safety concern. - management takes ZERO accountability whatsoever about major safety concerns/ issues from residents - door lock broke so we couldn’t lock our door for a week I am not one to bash but concerns keep ari

Outstanding management and move-in experience! We just moved into the new apartments, and from day one, Geoffrey and his team have been incredible. Geoffrey went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents’ experience. Caleb and Shane were also amazing to work with…friendly, responsive, and always willing to lend a hand with a great attitude. It’s rare to find a management team that’s this organized, welcoming, and on top of every detail. They made our move-in process stress-free and truly made us feel at home. I had an excellent experience with Aventon Noelle from start to finish. The application process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, and the tour completely exceeded my expectations. The team was welcoming, professional, and thorough, making the entire visit feel effortless. What really stood out to me is how pristine the apartment community is. So many complexes bait and switch with great photos online, only for the reality to fall short but that was not the case here at all. Aventon Noelle looked even better in person than it did online. My visit truly surpassed my expectations, and I’m genuinely excited to call this place home soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully run community.

Geoffrey, Kaleb & the team at Aventon Noelle have been amazing. They were very detailed and thorough during my tour and continued to be extremely helpful during the leasing process. I am very excited to move into a community where the staff is caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
