Aventon Cary

The team at Aventon Cary were very excellent right from the beginning. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Q and her colleagues made my experience smooth and stress-free. I felt they cared about making sure I was well informed and comfortable, not just about closing the lease. And the place smelled really nice!

I had a stellar tour of Aventon Cary! I was pleasantly surprised by the pop-up coffee bar they had serving curbside which was the perfect treat after a long and tedious afternoon of viewing apartment homes across the Cary area. While I loved the quality features of the home and staff hospitality the multiple complimentary EV charging stations with free parking and deck makes this easily one of the top choices for me during my visit viewing options in the area.(the other two complexes I viewed where charging up to $100 per-vehicle just for a parking pass)

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The community is well-kept, quiet, and very welcoming. One of our favorite features is the parking garage—it makes parking incredibly simple and convenient, which is such a huge plus. Maintenance is responsive and the office staff are always friendly and professional. The location is also great and adds to the overall ease of living here. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to call home!!!

After living at Aventon a few months, I have only positive things to say about the property. The management has been very welcoming and caring of resident needs and experiences, and all neighbors care about the community. So far, I have had no problems with the residence, but I would trust if anything comes up management would be attentive and take action. Highly recommend for folks who are looking for an apartment with nice finishings, great amenities, fun resident events, clean and secure spaces, and a peaceful residence!

The front desk staff are truly outstanding. They are super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and resolve any questions or concerns quickly. The apartments are nice, and the amenities are new and definitely an upgrade. Overall, it’s a great community.
