I’ve been living at Aventine since 2021, and I’ve had an amazing experience from day one. I’ve never been disappointed. The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance staff is truly amazing—very efficient, responsive, and professional. On top of that, all of my neighbors are very friendly, which makes it feel even more like home. I genuinely enjoy living here and highly recommend it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will charge you a 300$ cleaning fee when you leave regardless of how well you clean. I spent all day cleaning and they still charged me because I didn’t provide receipts of a mandatory professional cleaning. Living here feels like a job because they’re always sending out notices and threatening you with fees if you don’t follow them. Save yourself the headaches and DONT MOVE HERE!

Living at this community has been nothing short of amazing! The property is well-kept and has a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. Any time I’ve needed something, the team has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. A special shout-out to Lanita and Tia—they are absolute stars! Both are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s handling requests quickly, answering questions with patience, or just greeting you with a smile, they make every interaction a positive one. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such warmth and kindness, and they do it effortlessly. I couldn’t be happier to call this place home, and the community is lucky to have Lanita and Tia leading the way. Highly recommend this property to anyone

We came to view a potential apartment a couple of weeks ago with La Nita Peppers. Although we decided we needed something on the first floor, which wasn’t available at the time, I just wanted to give a shout-out to how professional and caring she was. She took the time to show us an apartment even though it was right before closing. She never rushed us, answered all of our questions, and gave us a full tour of the property. La Nita is so sweet and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend asking for her if you’re interested in viewing this property. It’s a beautiful community with so many great amenities!

I had a great experience living at Aventine! I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for about a year. My leasing consultant, Cristina, was a huge help with both the move-in and the move-out processes. This apartment complex tends to fix maintenance issues quickly (not that I had many) and it seems like management genuinely tries to take care of the property.
