Aven Apartments

I have lived at Aven for almost 2 years and have had a fantastic experience. The leasing office staff, especially Jordan, was incredibly welcoming during the move-in process and made everything seamless. Maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours, and the community is always quiet and clean. The location is perfect. I will highly recommend this place.

I have been a resident at Aven for three years now, I think... Maybe 4. Jordan Minter is the property manager here. She is the reason I haven't moved to another property. Jordan is a delight to work with and truly cares about the property and residents. Because of Jordan I feel right at home. My lease was coming to an end and she suggested I take a look at one of the new upgraded apartments. I love the upgrades! A month later Jordan made the transfer to the new apartment seamless. Anthony the maintenance man is great! Always there when you need him and very knowledgeable. I am proud to call Aven Apartments my home!

The move itself was tedious and tiresome, but that was expected. It was great having a place to call home and finally secure the deal offered. Once having moved we discovered minor issues that seemed to have been overlooked. The kitchen area constantly had water draining from what seemed like the dishwasher. The bathroom door (main bathroom) has no locking mechanism to provide privacy. The bathtub if used, seems to cause the kitchen to retain water, hence the constant kitchen leaks. The primary bedroom has a "ghost door" effect. If opened, it closes by itself. Also in the bathroom there's a drawer offline and seems to need realignment. I'm not sure if the place was checked before renting it, but wasn't pleased with all the issues found. So my grading was actually based on these infractions

I'm very happy to have moved to Avén Apartment. Everyone is very friendly. From Destiny, who disappointed me from the very beginning, to the maintenance staff, who resolved some issues that needed adjusting. The place is very quiet and peaceful! I made a very good decision.
